NOFIA Business Plan Development
The Northern Ontario Farm Innovation Alliance has hired Jean Denis Methot from Vanleek Hill, Ontario to develop a new governance model and business plan for a sustainable agri-research/tech transfer system for Northern Ontario. This will be an industry-driven collaborative system involving all agricultural regions of the North.
Jean Denis has served as an Agricultural Representative in the Cochrane District, taught at the New Liskeard Agricultural College and spent more than 20 years working for the federal and provincial governments.

This project was funded in part through GF2, a federal-provincial-territorial initiative. The Agricultural
Adaptation Council assists in the delivery of GF2 in Ontario.
